The venue was always impeccably clean, had good staff and location.

The restaurant was excellent for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. Lots of facilities such as: climate control, a laptop-size safe and a flat-screen TV.

I had very pricey breakfast; it could definitely be improved.

loved our stay, had great 2 days overall. central location just next door to the port and everything- sights and shops, it was in a pretty nice area. popped in the parrot club for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

All aspects of the hotel were very good, especially location and people.

The staff was helpful, extra attentive, and everything was nice.

Certainly a very good experience for cruise in San Juan. Incredible position along with efficient staff are the reasons we appreciated this wonderful old hotel.

Had good stay during check-out time, the staff were affable, location was magnificent and so close to the port.

Rooms were huge, everything was excellent. I liked the room with balconies, the bed was extremely comfy.

Had a great stay in near check-in time, everything was great. Booked a room with excellent views of the bay. Our food for continental breakfast was excellent and all the staff were courteous and polite.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the accommodation was convenient and fairly clean.

Staff and location were perfect, I loved that. The beds were so bad here, even so it was a real good stay all in all. The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Large breakfast, nice pool, empathetic staff. The in-house restaurant was modest, friendly service. It was set close to bars and restaurants. Plus, it was close to a port and the rooms were beautiful and bright.

The staff were polite, the room was such excellent, I loved best possible location. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of food. Smooth check in and late check out. The beach was sandy❤🙂

The venue is divine and sublime.

Absolutely brilliant hotel with very nice helpful staff and I truly enjoyed decent location. A clean beach, perfect view. Room was original and original, included tiled bathroom. The food was savoury and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The main bar was comfortable and the drinks were bottled.

There were small beds in our room.

surprisingly quiet rooms, free breakfast, welcoming personnel - all you need for cruise. i got free upgrade and loved it. the location was super, central. the setting was also within walking distance of parque las palomas.

Hotel was quite clean, rooms were very neat and phenomenal staff. Pretty spacious suite and soft bed. The staff did all they can for a fab stay.

Nice size room, satisfactory breakfast options, extra comfy beds. Booked a room with simply amazing views. A huge variety of food in the hotel, authentic restaurant. Unique location and courteous service in the property. Besides, it had free internet, handy to surf the net. I greatly enjoyed the EXCELLENT stay.

I appreciated that it was around 4-6 minutes walk Vaca Brava, cause I prefer eating out. The family room had a lovely bed. Their concierge is the best!
